Math & Science Classroom Renovations and HVAC Uplift
The scope of work included replacing temporary walls with permanent walls in several classrooms. E2 Development built a permanent wall in room 229 to create two functional spaces, and ceiling and floor repair was included to deliver six new full renovated classrooms. The project improved occupant comfort for each renovated room by providing new HVAC controlled in each room.
Description
- E2 Development provided labor and materials to upgrade the HVAC and renovate six (6) classrooms.
- Selective Demolition
- New metal framing, drywall, finishing and painting to comply with CCSD standards.
- Provided and installed new floor and wall base.
- Permitted and reconfigured existing fire sprinkler system to accommodate revised classroom layout.
- Provided and installed a new 20-ton Air Handling Unit
- Provided and installed 3 new Water-Source Heat Pumps.
- Tested and Balanced system.
- Removed and replaced existing lighting with LED upgrades.
