MUSC Institute of Psychiatry Third Floor Renovation
E2 Development renovated 6,000 SF of existing lab space, and it was rehabilitated into new office spaces for the MUSC Institute of Psychiatry. The work included decommissioning existing medical gas systems, and selective demolition to accommodate the new office layout. E2 Development installed new flooring, new millwork in a kitchen and a classroom, and built out a new accessible shower.
