Sangaree Shopping Center Renovation Exterior Facade Improvements

E2 Development managed the renovation of the existing facade at Sangaree Plaza in Summerville, SC. This facade was dated and needed to be renovated to match recently renovated anchor store. The new work was completed while the existing leased spaces remained operational. The work included new storefront windows, structural steel, and painted stucco.

Description

Renovated the exterior façade of the plaza.
Provided temporary protections and shoring to remove existing façade.
Provided and installed new structural steel as needed to support the new façade.
Provided and installed new storefront windows and doors at the tenant spaces.
Provided new lighting and rough in to reconnect the existing exterior signage.

The façade was finished with stucco, composite Ipe, and paint.
Modified and patched roof as needed to accommodate new façade design.
Patched and repaired interior spaces- drywall, paint, ACT.
This work was completed while the space was occupied, and E2 Development’s team ensured safety and access maintained through the duration of construction.
