Simmons-Pinkney Middle School Art Kiln Renovation
The scope of work included renovating an existing storage closet, and converting it into an art kiln. The work was started and completed over the winter break so that the space was ready for use when the students and teachers returned.

- E2 Development provided labor, materials, and equipment to renovate an existing storage closet and install an owner provided art kiln.

- Installed art kiln exhaust flue to the exterior of the building.
- Patched, repaired, and painted walls.
