St. Johns High School Waiting Area & Vestibule Upgrades
This project was completed on an aggressive summer schedule for Charleston County School District. The work involved renovating the main entrance lobby and the main front office so it needed to be completed before school resumed in the fall. E2 Development was able to complete the project ahead of schedule, and the renovations provided life safety and functional improvements for faculty and students.
Description
- Selective Demolition
- Removal of existing flooring and replacing with Texas Granite and Carpet
- Modifications to the existing stair, and addition of a new CMU wall.
- Procure and Install Ballistic Resistant (BR) rated storefront system
- Remove and Replacement of Existing Glass in Existing Storefront system.
- Modifications to the existing millwork,
- and new millwork with new solid surface countertops.
