The Citadel Campus Housing Renovations
The scope of work included replacing temporary walls with permanent walls in several classrooms. E2 Development built a permanent wall in room 229 to create two functional spaces, and ceiling and floor repair was included to deliver six new full renovated classrooms. The project improved occupant comfort for each renovated room by providing new HVAC controlled in each room.

- The work includes renovating existing base housing.
- Our team worked on multiple housing units across the campus.
- Selective demolition of existing interior and exterior elements.
- The work included removing the existing façade and installing new finishes to the match the existing.
- Replacement of 4 sliding doors, 4 storm doors, 4 interior louver doors, 2 exterior doors, and 6 new screen doors.
- Installed new owner provided millwork in four kitchens.
- Removal and replacement of the existing vinyl siding, and installation of all new windows.
