Meet the Team: Erin Estep, AIA, Design Manager
We`re excited to have Erin join the team. As a licensed Architect in DC and SC, she brings with her 17 years of experience within the building industry, serving as Project Manager and Project Architect for a variety of clients and project scales. She started her career in Washington, DC, where she maintained projects ranging from 5,000sf interior tenant spaces, to multi-million-dollar renovations for education clients, including a new 860,000sf K-12 campus. Erin has been practicing in South Carolina for the past few years, and is excited to join the team.
Erin will be an in-house resource for on-going projects, and her knowledge and experience will expand E2`s capabilities to serve our clients` needs in design and construction.

Meet E2`s Controller, Tara Veronee
Tara is a native Charlestonian with over 35 years of experience in accounting, including more than 20 years in construction accounting. The majority of her career has been focused in the construction and not-for-profit sectors. She brings extensive knowledge of the construction industry to the E2 team, having worked in custom residential and commercial projects, as well as with both large and small subcontractors. Tara also operated her own practice, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on the financial and operational needs of construction businesses.
Tara’s depth of experience allows her to support our projects with accuracy, insight, and consistency. She is committed to providing reliable financial management and contributing to a collaborative, solution-oriented environment that supports both the team and E2 Development’s clients. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid college football fan, proudly supporting the Clemson Tigers.

We’re proud to mark the completion of the Moncks Corner Soup Kitchen—a project our team was honored to help build from the ground up.
From early planning through the final details, our focus was on creating a space that is functional, welcoming, and built to support the important work happening inside its walls. This wasn’t just a construction project; it was about building a place that serves the community with dignity and care.
At E2 Development, we’re grateful for the opportunity to put our craftsmanship and commitment to work on a project that will make a lasting difference in Moncks Corner for years to come.

E2 Development has been selected as the contractor for the new automotive tech campus building at @gohgtc. Construction begins in 2026 at the Georgetown, SC campus.
This project is a big win for the students and community. HGTC’s Automotive Mechanic Program is shaping up to be a flagship for modern automotive training in the region and is an investment in the future workforce of South Carolina.
Supporting the growth of skilled talent in our state just got even more meaningful. We’re honored to take on this project for HGTC and look forward to getting started.
