Meet the Team: Hunter Warneke, Superintendent
With over six years of experience in both luxury residential and commercial construction, Hunter brings a well-rounded background and strong field expertise to the E2 team. He began his career in Sarasota, Florida as an Assistant Superintendent, quickly building a solid foundation in field operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution before advancing into his current role.
Hunter’s hands-on leadership style, paired with his strong communication skills and commitment to quality, helps drive efficient collaboration across project teams and clients. His ability to maintain momentum while upholding high construction standards plays a key role in delivering successful, on-time projects.

We’re proud to announce that E2 Development is now an Authorized Builder for Metallic Building Systems!
This partnership allows us to deliver high-quality, custom-engineered metal building solutions with enhanced efficiency, durability, and performance.
To further support this capability, our Preconstruction Manager recently completed a regional intensive training focused on building system, equipping our team to guide clients with a more comprehensive and informed approach from early planning through execution.
Metallic building systems has introduced a new ACT software that allows us to design cold form steel buildings which in turn will help our clients lower costs and lessen lead times for a tight schedule. From long bay systems to complete roof and wall assemblies, we’re expanding our capabilities to better serve our clients and projects.
